We are Watertown's largest heating and air conditioning contractor, in business since 1979. Klecker's Heating & A/C Inc sells, installs and services residential and commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, indoor air quality, outdoor wood burning, in-floor radiant heating, solar water heating, geo-thermal heating/cooling, mini-split/heat pump, oil fired systems, steam and hydronic systems, tube heaters, hanging unit heaters, rooftop package heat/cool units, hotel room PTAC units, and swimming pool heating systems and equipment.
Klecker’s Heating & A/C Inc provides 24 hour 7 days per week emergency service to all brands, residential and commercial preventive maintenance service to all brands and annual service contracts. We stock a significant volume of parts for many brands and have a comprehensive sheet metal fabrication shop where we build custom ductwork and other sheet metal products.
Regular training in new products as well as installation and service is provided. Technicians that are in the on-call rotation are issued company vans to take home and are provided the fuel to run those vans. You will perform service, repair and maintenance to residential and commercial HVAC equipment. Employer will furnish a van and major tools, employee will provide hand tools and HVAC test equipment like meters, gauges, etc. After 90 day probationary period employee will be added to the rotating "after-hours/weekends" emergency service schedule.
Employee will need to "hit the ground running" as we don't have much time to train at entry level. We prefer to find someone with 5-10 years of field experience and we will train as needed to get employee into the field, but we need a quality technician right now!
